Hi all,

I'm not finding what I'm looking for in the previous threads, but if I've missed it, if I could get redirected to the appropriate place, I'd appreciate it.

What I'm needing is a solution for things like Date of Birth, Height, and some other things that need multiple drop-down boxes on one line. I realize I can, for example, create three different questions with individual drop-down menus, but if it's possible I'd rather have it done all in one line (mainly so if I need to change the HTML later on the site I don't have to dink around with cutting and pasting code to get everything on one line).

Is there a simple way to do this? Perhaps having a predefined form for DoB (like for the 50 US States) would be a nice feature to have.

Unfortunately, as you stated, cutting apart and re-piecing the code is the only option at this time. This is something that we will consider adding for future updates.
