| I created a new form which worked fine for awhile. All of a sudden, it stopped working, displaying the error code re: incorrect address or whatever. Went back in and checked form location address, which was the same as when working, but I re-did it anyway and re-copied and re-pasted. Still does not work. Please help. I'm puzzled because the form does work when I preview in Expression Web, but not otherwise. |

First, verify that there are no typographical errors and that all possible urls for the form have been entered into the 'Form Location' portion of the configuration. If this doesn't work, please post the URL of the form and I will investigate.
