Hello,

I've implemented a contact form on my website that includes a textarea field for the message. Submission succeeds without any issues, but when I receive the email message, the content of this textarea field is not included. I've attempted to debug a number of ways, ultimately pasting the form HTML directly into an otherwise empty HTML page, but nothing resolves the issue. Could it be an issue on the server side?

Thanks!

Eric

Please post a link to the live form and I will investigate.

Thanks for the response.

The following are the live links. The first URL is the form as I've embedded it into the site. Though the stylesheet and format of the form have been modified, the critical input elements (id's, names, types, etc.) are (or should be) identical to the original HTML as generated on the mycontactform.com site. The second URL is a test page that I put up that consists solely of the HTML copied-and-pasted from the mycontactform.com site.

http://www.ekendurancecoaching.com (click the "Contact" link on the left-hand navigation bar)

Please let me know if I can provide any additional information.

Thanks!

Try deleting the message question from the administration panel, and then re-adding it. This should hopefully solve the issue. If it does not, you may need to recreate the form from scratch.
