When I test out the form on my website and submit it it comes up with this error:

"This form is not being sent from the url where it is supposed to be located. If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the 'Form Location' is specified as pediatricgrowth.com/pediatricgrowth.com//information_sheet_files/widget1_markup.html. To change this, login to the site, click 'edit' next to the form's name, and then click the 'Basic Information' link to change the form's location."

I know it says to change the form's location but when I change it it still does not work

Can you Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??????????????????????????????

We have had multiple users experience this problem when try to host their form on iWeb. Unfortunately, I do not have access to this software, so I cannot see how to properly configure it. This issue is arising from the way iWeb uses includes of the form within a widget (it basically messes up the referring URL we use to authenticate the form).

I know many myContactForm.com users use iWeb....maybe someone can chime in?

Also, please see the following FAQ on adding forms to iWeb.

I am also getting this error. I actually copied a form from the Form Management screen and made the appropriate changes and updated my html. I've checked all the URLs and they are correct. I've also tested my other forms that have the same type of formatting, etc. and they work fine. It just seems to be this particular form.

I can't figure out why my other forms work OK with basically the same information. Is it because the one I copied is still there with the same URL?

Thanks!

Oh, wow. Just figured out my issue. I was testing this from a preview page in my store. The URL didn't match when I did that. Form seems to be working now.
