I have created a form and receive the following message when I press submit:

This form is not being sent from the url where it is supposed to be located. If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the 'Form Location' is specified as theclosingco.net/contact.html. To change this, login to the site, click 'edit' next to the form's name, and then click the 'Basic Information' link to change the form's location.

The problem is that I do not have contact.html specified as the location, I have welcome.html specified as the location. Why is your system thinking that contact.html is the location I have specified?

You can visit www.closingco.net/welcome.html and click on contact us to duplicate the problem.

Please re-read the message. It is saying that you need to specify the location as:

theclosingco.net/contact.html (this is the URL of the form)

If you do as the message tells you, it will work.

Currently, this is not what you have it specified as. You may be able to access the form through the welcome.html frameset, but this is not the location (actual HTML file) where the form is located.

I changed the location to theclosingco.net/contact.html and http://www.theclosingco.net/contact.html. In both cases I get the same error message as before.

The form that is live on your website ('closingco.net 2', Form ID 191263) is still listed with the welcome.html form location. I think you are getting confused because you have two copies of the same for listed under your account. I edited the form location within your control panel, and the form now works.
