When I click on the formatting field, where it asks me what type of box I want (such as 'text box' or 'multi-line text box') it doesn't seem to matter. The one-line text boxes show up as a multi-line and vice-versa. It doesn't look very clean on my webpage.

Please help!

Which specific question is causing the problem? I assumed it was the 'Website Link' question? I went into your account, changed the question type to text box, and was able to successfully change it to single line. Is this acceptable now?
