I'm seriously considering upgrading from free to premium, but I have a problem. First, I'm really unhappy that there's no email support. So partially I need to see what kind of response I can get here.
Here's the problem. I have 2 free forms, one of which is registration for classes I teach. I just got a call from a woman who registered online, got the "thanks for registering" message, so I think she did everything right. Problem is, I never got her submission. I have no idea if this is a problem with My Contact Form or with my e-mail. Since I'm not a premium member, I can't check to see if the message is archived. But if it's a problem with My Contact Form, I'm not sure I want to pay, if my form submissions are going to get lost.
So if someone is reading this who can access the message center, all I need to know is if there is a form submitted on my account in the last week with the first name Melissa. If so, I know it's a problem with my email, and I will probably pay for the premium service. If anyone can help, please do.
