In Fireworks there is an automatic download of a sendform.php & in Safari I see the following:

Safari can’t open the page “http://www.mycontactform.com/sendform/sendform.php”. The error was: “lost network connection” (NSURLErrorDomain:-1005) Please choose Report Bug to Apple from the Safari menu, note the error number, and describe what you did before you saw this message.

What might be causing this?

sendform.php is the actual file on the myContactForm.com server that processes the form. I am not familiar with Fireworks, but there is no reason that it should want or need to try and download this file. It won't download because it is a server side script which you don't have permission to download.

Simply ignore the error, and you will be fine.

Sincerely,

I guessed that sendform.php was the file name, but I have ignored the error and the form still does not go through. On both firefox & safari, though safari does not try to download anything, it still gives me an error that says that it can't open the file sendform.php...

is there anything with godaddy hosting that might be impeding this?

thanks!

It's possible that goDaddy could be doing something, but the problem most likely sounds like an error in the HTML on your site. What is the location of the live form so that I may check it out and test it?

I don't see a form on that website, and therefore cannot test it.

I'm trying to work this out before I upgrade to the premium service. Can anyone assist me with this?

I cannot help you unless you provide the specific location of the form.
