I only have one form at this point (my first). Created if from one of the templates, then added one field (i.e. Business name). This is the only field that doesn't get included in the email. The field shows "as if" nothing was typed into the field.

Please make sure that you add the field by going to the admin panel and adding the field through here. You cannot simply add the html for another field using straight html or you html editor (ie dreamweaver, frontpage, etc.). You need to add the field by doing the following:

1. Login to your account
2. Click 'Edit' next to the form.
3. Click 'Form Questions (Add, Edit or Delete)'
4. Click 'Add new Question'
5. Follow on screen instructions.

If this is how you added the field and it is still not working, please post the location of your form and your user name so that I can check it out.
