Iam getting this messege and i know i am using the correct url

these are the specific web address(es) i use this form with

Error:

This form is not being sent from the url where it is supposed to be located. If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the 'Form Location' is specified as http://www.kvanonline.com/. all of these are the same page
when i try to use the form it gives my the error messeges why is that

It looks like you have something funky going on with your webserver/DNS setup. Are all of these webpages hosted in different web spaces, or do you simply have one set of files on a web server and then are using DNS to point all of the URLs to the same web space? Sometimes this type of DNS URL forwarding can cause problems with referral URLS.
