They don't have that in my emailed forms?

I did make the adjustment so forms will be emailed as a PDF file now, will that fix the problem?

I am receiving the form, but everything is jumbled and in one giant paragraph.

The question might not have its answer for three lines down the paragraph so it is hard to follow and your not sure on ...

Is it possible to add more than one upload line on my form?

So more than one photo file can be attached to the form?
