My forms have worked fine for months now any form with check box-multianswer no longer works. I have had to redo all the forms that use it and replace with text boxes. Not what had in mind.

I can see the submittals in mycontact form box but not able to get them into my own emails.

My form at: http://www.innadvance.com/rvietnam.htm sends all the info except any email address input into it. All comes acros fine except the email.
